Word of Life Christian Center

Word of Life Christian Center originated in July 1996, under the direction of the Holy Spirit and the willing hearts of Pastors George and Barbara Ford. The Spirit of God guided them from Columbus, Ohio to Farmington, NM to begin a church focused on the people living in the Four Corners area. Spreading truth and saving souls is the heart of their mission and helping people understand that having a relationship with God will be the most important decision made in their lifetime. Word of Life Christian Center started in a renovated video store on Bloomfield Highway that seated 125 people and within ten years moved to a church with a seating capacity of 650 people. The vision of the Pastors has always been focused on growth and the development of humanity, as a whole. God has used the Pastors faith as an ingredient towards the growth and expansion of their ministry. The Pastors have founded a Bible Institute an Christian Academy to help establish the gospel in the hearts and minds of the people.
