Word of Life Community Church

It all began in 2001. With just a few people, in the home of Pastor Rod and Charlene Hendrix, the Word of Life Community Church held its first service. One year later, God led us to the Holiday Inn Airport. Our Pastor and members quickly learned the meaning of patience. Sunday after Sunday the equipment was loaded and unloaded; put up and taken down. We remained at the Holiday Inn for one and a half years.
Then God, in His immeasurable kindness and grace, blessed us with a new building at 2424 Orchard Street, which is our current home. We truly and humbly thank the Lord Jesus Christ for His tremendous blessings upon our new home, His children, and His Ministry.
We earnestly pray that God will continue to use us to glorify His magnificent name and reach out to those who are lost.
