The Work It! Studio is excited you’re learning more about us. We’ve worked to create an inviting space where you’ll feel inspired to let loose while getting fit. The Work It! Studio business model incorporates the community-based approach to

health. The community-based approach is the concept of community within a system of care that includes issues of locality, connection, and services as well as a “social bond characterized by a sense of mutuality, care, connection, identity, awareness and obligation to others” (Boyes-Watson, 2005, p. 362).

The community-based approach is evident in the way The Work It! Studio operates. There are a variety of entry points into The Work It! Studio Community.

For those who seek a supportive community to improve physical activity we offer a variety of classes lead by competent and enthusiastic instructors. The class offerings include WandaWoman Dance Aerobics, Zumba Fitness, Pilates, Tai Chi, Wellness Sessions, Massage Therapy, Meditation, Strength Training, Ballet Barre and Personal Training.

For fitness professionals who desire a greater exposure and enhancement of skills you’ll have an opportunity to partner with The Work It! Studio to further develops your skill and brand by leasing space in a central location to assist others in obtaining health through fitness.

For those who are looking for a great place to host events, The Work It! Studio is available for lease. You’ll have the opportunity to partner with an event planner to ensure your fundraiser, birthday party, girls night out, book club and other events are a success.

For those who have a health related fitness product, there is space and opportunity to showcase your wares to a community of health consumers. In addition, The Work It! Studio will be hosting many events highlighting local artists in music, art and theatre productions.
