Work Out World La Mirada is the flagship WOW! Gym location in California. Our club is happy to provide a safe and friendly community atmosphere. We have a wide assortment of training equipment, cardio machines, weights, benches, and group fitness classes. We also offer childcare, personal and group training, nutritional health supplements, and a European-style eucalyptus sauna.
