World Bites Kafe

The concept of World Bites is, peasant and street food from around the globe. Some of the best dishes ever created have been made by common people, using the simplest ingredients and a lot of love. Those dishes have been perfected over time and today we would like to honor those people and share them with you.

World Bites LLC saw its start in 2009 at Farmers Markets on the streets of downtown Sarasota…Siesta Key…Bradenton. The demand for the food was instantaneous, and what was a humble start with providing food for hundreds of people grew quickly to thousands at such venues as music concerts, food festivals and food truck rallies.

In the recent history we have expanded into lunch delivery for the local businesses and with that attracted a whole new demographic.

At this point it is apparent that the commercial kitchen we were sharing isn’t big enough, nor convenient enough for our customers to get to. Another major drawback with it, is the lack of seating, and our customers are demanding a dining area.

With that in mind we have found a location that meets all our needs. It is conveniently located on North Tamiami Trail (Route 41) and is surrounded by two major colleges of the area…Ringling College and New College…as well as a numerous hotels and a vibrant business area. We even have a drive through window, as a convenience for those that are in a hurry and that ordered their lunch in advance.

The new location will be called World Bites Kafe where we will offer a wide variety of authentic international dishes, and unique world cuisine fusion dishes. We will also provide Turkish and Ethiopian coffee, and our own homemade soft drinks including lemonade with variety of flavors. (Yes there will be a whole menu of different lemonades!!)
