At World Gym Bay Shore, the 50,000 square foot facility affords us the ability to have the selectorized and cardio equipment on one level and a free weight gym on another. Two gym areas with two distinct atmospheres.

If you are a novice to exercise, we will develop a proper prescription of exercise for you to follow. If you are an experienced exerciser, you will appreciate the quality and variety of equipment at your disposal. Regardless of your initial conditioning level, personal training offers an additional option to further educate, motivate and assist you in attaining your goals while maximizing results.

Though the club is independently owned and operated, your membership also provides you access on Long Island to World Gyms in Wantagh, Coram and Setauket. In addition, the club is an IHRSA affiliate and entitles you access to more than 3,000 quality clubs worldwide.
