World Impact Church

In August 1995, Pastor Mike and Doris Melvin began a bible study in their home with just three members in regular attendance. Soon three grew to six and six to ten. What started as a small bible study became Florence Christian Center Church. After years of being in temporary worship centers, FCCC purchased ten acres of land at 3582 Soteria Drive and built a permanent Sanctuary. On the first Sunday of the new year, January 5, 2014, FCCC members had a great processional to its new, debt-free, campus at 3229 Timmonsville Highway in Darlington, SC. On Sunday, February 23, 2014, Florence Christian Center Church officially became World Impact Church.
God has truly blessed us with a new church, new name, but the same vision and that is to impact lives for Jesus Christ and to make an impression upon hearts, to inspire people, to enforce the Kingdom of God around the world. World Impact Church continues to expand both physically and spiritually! Come and join a loving body of believers who are on a mission to change this region and change this world!
