As a skilled nursing facility, Worthington Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is fully staffed 24 hours a day. Our Registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants are on duty to offer the highest level of medical care outside a hospital. The staff are supervised by a licensed medical director and a staff physician.
