Founded in 2000 by John Furia Xceleration Sports Training is the antithesis of your typical sports performance/personal training center. Having been involved in the sports performance, rehabilitation and fitness markets for over twenty years we have become truly frustrated at the poor standards in our industry. Most training programs just don’t deliver what they say they will. The reality is that sales numbers have become more important than client results. Superior training programs and qualified instruction are hard to find, especially when you are not really sure what to look for. What should you look for? What is right for you, your athlete or your child? Experience has shown us that the average consumer or potential client at first fails to understand that they are investing in the programs design, efficacy, coaching knowledge and experience, not for personal program supervision, specific equipment or the training facility itself!

Coach Furia and his staff bring thousands of hours of hands on experience working with athletes and fitness enthusiasts of all levels. All of Xceleration’s coaches follow coach Furia’s personal method of strength and conditioning, program design and implementation. Again experience has shown us that fancy equipment and training facilities are useless unless the delivery of the program is geared to the individual needs of each athlete or person. We know all training is NOT created equal! We set out to create a solution to those words. And we did!
