In 2015, XPoint Delivery and Courier services was started. We have been in the logistics industry over 10 years and combined all of our knowledge and expertise to develop our state of the art online ordering and set up, where our clients have their own portal and tracking system.

Professionalism: Our drivers will always look, act, communicate and problem solve in a professional manner.
Drivers will be well groomed, clean and dressed in proper uniform with proper credentials.
Drivers will be driving vehicles that are inspected, clean and free of leaks. Our drivers are required to wash the exterior of their cars daily.
Drivers will not have music playing when they arrive to make deliveries. And vehicles will not be loaded down with personal items creating an eye sore.
Our drivers are both HIPPA and OSHA Certified to assure a proper delivery.
Our drivers abide by strict delivery protocol to assure proper delivery and will follow our client’s specific directions.

Accountability: The delivery of your items can easily be tracked online so that you can see who delivered the item, what time it was picked up and delivered. And who accepted the package. We are also able to collect digital signatures and have any of your paperwork signed as well.

Communication: Someone from our office will always be available to answer any and all questions that you may have, no matter the time of day.

Package Safety: If your package is lost, stolen or incorrectly delivered we will reimburse our clients the Actual Cash Value or Replacement Cost of the package if the package is unretrievable.

Routine Services:

Routine service is when a client needs deliveries to be made on a regular and routine basis. When this schedule is established, XPoint will automatically make the pick up’s and deliveries automatically without the client having to order the service every time it is needed.

Routine service pricing is based on the number of deliveries per week along with frequency of delivery.

On-Demand Service:

XPoint BASIC Service / Same Day Service.
XPoint Basic allows for your delivery to take place anytime of the day between 7am -8pm. For items delivered to a business delivery will take place before 5pm. A minimum of 6 hours delivery time is required for this service. These items can also be picked up the day prior to delivery.


XPoint PROMT Service /4 Hour Delivery.
XPoint PROMPT is designed for items that need to be delivered on a more PROMPT basis. The expected delivery time is no more than 4 hours from time service is ordered.


XPoint RUSH Service / 2 Hour Delivery.
XPoint RUSH is designed for items that need to be delivered on a more RUSH basis. The expected delivery time is no more than 2 hours from time service is ordered.


XPoint CRITICAL Service / Emergency STAT
The XPoint CRITICAL Service / Emergency STAT Delivery is when your item needs to be delivered right away. We will dispatch a driver immediately to pick up and deliver your item. Your delivery will be the ONLY priority for the assigned driver. They will make no other stops until your item is picked up and delivered.


XPoint ROAD TRIP Service / Out of Town Service
The XPoint ROAD TRIP Service is designed for service outside the Phoenix Metro Area or deliveries greater then 65 miles. For this service please call for a quote and to schedule service.
