Group trainings is how we will all experience together the improvements on our weaknesses and make them our strengths and advance far beyond.
Groups start at 3ppl and cap at 12ppl. We will train hard together focusing on proper functional movements keeping high intensity and constantly vary our movements to continue our results and lessen our capacity for plateau.
Coach Arnel Scott is a Level 1 Certified Crossfit Instructor and also Certified Personal Trainer through U.T.A. He has a strong desire for teaching the importance of keeping an active lifestyle and enjoying family and friends. Simplifying movements, working as hard as you can all the way through with a no quit attitude to what’s put in front of you is how we will destroy limitations.
