XSport Fitness Merrifield - Group Xercise

We here at GroupXSport believe that we can offer you more than a plan to drop a few pounds or lose a few inches. We believe fitness is about spending your time doing something that is rewarding, fun and healthy. We believe that you don't want to watch the minutes drag by as you complete your obligatory workout. We're here to help you get fit, and feel better, stronger, and more equipped to handle the challenges of your everyday life. We love what we do, and we want you to love doing it with us!

All classes at XSport Fitness are included in your gym membership at no additional cost. We offer classes seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Two Group Exercise Studios are equipped with state of the art equipment, audio/stereo systems, spring or rubber flooring, floor to ceiling mirrors, and ceiling fans/lighting.

We offer a variety of group exercise classes including six Les Mills formats (BodyAttack BodyCombat, BodyFlow, BodyJam, BodyPump, & RPM) as well as Zumba, XForce Cycle, Boot Camp, XSculpt, Yoga, Pilates, Abdominal/Core classes, Tai Chi, Total Body Conditioning, stretching and stability ball classes. Our aqua aerobics classes include aqua aerobics and aqua toning. PILOXING coming soon!
