The Xtend Barre method is a Pilates and dance amplified full-body workout. Our cardiovascular & strength training class challenges bodies of any age, gender, and fitness level, with or without dance and Pilates experience. Classes are unique, rewarding, and include modifications and advancements for clients as needed so that clients can maximize their workout to their own comfort and skill level.
Xtend Barre is the premiere workout offered at the studio, but we also offer other classes that compliment Xtend Barre and/or embrace the principles of Pilates. Additional classes include Pilates Mat, Xtend Barre Stick, TRX Xtend Suspend, and Circuit 7.
