Yada,Yada,Yada is The Lookout’s most rented house design. It’s a 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home that is well decorated and provides you with a comfy cozy place to relax and enjoy Lake Chelan and surrounding cities. Each bedroom comes complete with your own private full bathroom with all the amenities
(1) The Wine Enthusiast - we have a bar that is fully equipped with 12 wine glasses, 12 margarita glasses, 6 Highball glasses, and 6 beer glasses. There are two ice buckets and two martini shakers. There cheese plates and cheese spreaders as well as mini plates. There are more than 20 wineries in the area and more coming and most of them have tasting rooms…Yada, Yada, Yada…..you will need to provide your own wine and spirits.
(2) The Golf Foursome – with 3 bedrooms and a media room with comfy foldout couch each golfer gets his/her own bedroom and bathroom. The Lake Chelan area has great golf course such as Gamble Sands, Bear Mountain, Desert Mountain and many others.
(3) The Video Junky – X-box 360 with plenty of games, 2 gaming chairs with stereo sound and vibration, Smart TV flat screens in every room, 400 DVD’s, and two sound bars w/subwoofers
(4) Multi Families – with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms this house will comfortably accommodate up to 9 people. . . the family friendly “Slidewaters” is a short 5 minute drive from the house…check out the Purple Haze, if you dare!
(5) The Lake Vacationer – The lookout has 70 boat slips for rent. At the beach there is every type of water craft and safety equipment available for rent.
(6) The Adventure Seeker - plenty of hiking, cross country skiing and snow machine trails are in the area and this house would be a perfect “home base” for those looking to explore.
