Early in 2005, Alfredo Yaffe, a Uruguayan immigrant who moved to the states in late 1998, opened his first Real Estate Company, Yaffe International Realty. At first, times were hard, and competing with other companies with hundreds of agents seemed like a real shot in the dark. So he took a different approach, by allowing agents to receive up to 95% in all of their deals, Yaffe International Realty soon expanded to offices in Aventura, Sunny Isles, Brickell, and Miami Beach. Now, the company has over 400 agents in Dade and Broward who work their hardest to achieve the customer satisfaction necessary to compete with the rest. By having happy agents who work their hardest to achieving the customer's ultimate goal, Yaffe International Realty is striving to become South Florida's fastest Real Estate Company, while providing honest and trustworthy agents educationally equipped to provide 100% customer satisfaction.
