Yale University Office of LGBTQ Resources

The Office of LGBTQ Resources provides support and services for all LGBTQ members of the Yale community. Our office functions as a central source of information about queer life at Yale and offers one-on-one meetings with individuals or groups to discuss ideas, concerns or any aspect of the LGBTQ experience at Yale.

Our services begin with first-year students, who benefit from the experience and training of our undergraduate Peer Liaisons. Our Queer Leadership Roundtables allow LGBTQ campus leaders to network and collaborate. We also develop and facilitate trainings, orientations and discussions on LGBTQ issues across campus.

As co-sponsor of numerous events across campus, including Trans/Awareness Week and Pride @ Yale, we help foster a lively, diverse and welcoming climate for all members of the Yale community. Additionally, the GALA Summer Fellowships for summer internships at non-profits and Wallace-Sexton Travel Fellowships to attend the NGLTF Creating Change Conference allow students to expand their experiences working to improve lives in our community and beyond.
