Delicious, affordable, healthy fresh spring rolls, sushi hand rolls, sashimi bowls, spicy loaded miso soup, seaweed salad and chia pudding.

Made fresh daily and prepared to order at 17th and California in downtown Denver, Tuesday-Friday, from 11-3. We are closed when the weather dips below 40 degrees or snow or rain arrives.

Our fish is purchased from reliable wholesalers including True World Foods, who receive their fish daily. We use Hidden Fjord salmon, a super sustainably farmed salmon, raised with exceptional care in the wild with no hormones or antibiotics.

Our sushi is freshly prepared by a trained, experienced sushi chef who studied in Asia for two years.

We work from a local certified kitchen, where we store all our food and supplies.

We prepare all food fresh each morning, with a focus on vegetables and lean protein (fish, shrimp and tofu). Nothing is fried or processed. Our food is high in protein and low in fat. While on the cart, all our products are kept in cold storage.
We handle our food with gloves and maintain an extremely clean work space.

We offer many vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Sushi doesn't have to mean raw fish. The word 'sushi' actually means vinegared rice. We offer sushi with all sorts of delicious and healthy fillings, only some of which include raw fish!

We contribute 10% of profits to charities working to fund solutions to hunger and extreme poverty.

All our food is gluten free. Request Tamari, gluten free soy sauce, instead of regular soy sauce. Our peanut dipping sauce, that comes with our spring rolls, has a small amount of gluten in the hoison component. Request our gluten-free sweet chili sauce, if you prefer.
