Yellow Ball / Hit the Pearl

My name is Ben Elsenpeter. For those who don't know me, I have been a student of the game for over 25 years. I played my first competitive baseball with Maple Lake's traveling Pee Wee team in 5th grade. (For the record, we finished 1st in state that year, came back the 2nd year and repeated as 1st place champs.) From there I never looked back as a ball player. I played for Maple Lake during my summers and through High School. Went on to play in College, Town Team Baseball, and retired as a Maple Lake Laker.

I have been coaching my daughters (Gracie, Bryn) and Maple Lake teams for the past five years. I also started Yellow BallFastpitch camp last year. Within the last 5 years I have spent a lot of time driving to the cities for camps and private coaching lessons for my daughters. I have had the opportunity to get to know and work with some of the best metro coaches. Over the past two years I have been thinking of a way to offer lessons in or close to Maple Lake. Lets face it, driving an hour for softball or baseball lessons is not always easy to do.

So after hours of thinking "How can I bring opportunity to the athletes of the Maple Lake area" I opened my basement door one day and it clicked. I converted my basement into an Underground Training Facility. Yellow Ball Fastpitch and Hit the Pearl Baseball Underground Training Facility is now OPEN.

Private Lessons with over 65 Drills and Video analysis for Pitching, Throwing, Fielding, and Hitting. Hitting drills include: Technique, Timing, Bat Control, Ball Location, Quickness, and Power
