Bikram Method:

Bikram Yoga is a traditional style of Hatha Yoga from northern India, known as "the original hot yoga". It is a beginner’s series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises taught in a 60 or 90-minute class. Each pose is a challenge based on one’s personal abilities. The postures are done in the safe environment of a heated room to relieve one’s body resistance without risking injury. Bikram’s series is it can be practiced by anyone. During class, you will work every muscle, tendon, joint, gland, ligament and organ. As you increase strength, flexibility and balance, you will be energized and revitalized.

Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga

Baptiste Yoga is a heated flow class practiced in the heat. During class, you will strengthen and tone, tap into your breath and empower your life. Classes are 60 minutes long, all levels are welcome!

Inferno Hot Pilates:

The hottest new workout in NYC, Inferno Hot Pilates is a fun, challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout using Pilates principles. Performed on a yoga mat & towel in a heated room with energetic music, Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is designed for all fitness levels and is loved by men and women. Classes are 60 minutes.
