LIBYoga ™ offers beginners a place to grow in yoga with joy and care.

We offer a warm and comforting place for people to begin, or pick their journey back up. Most of the classes offered at Let It Be Yoga are Hatha. This means that the postures are held for a longer period of time than in Vinyasa classes. This digs deeply into the deepest corners of the muscle to breakdown and allow for a great transformation.

At Let It Be Yoga we truly believe that yoga is for everyone. If you are nervous about your first class just come a little early. One of the instructors will happily go over some basics to keep in mind during class. (We also recommend coming early to our pregnant practitioners. There are a few things to keep in mind during this time as well. We always want to be safe and careful).

Yoga is a lovely and beautiful physical and mental exercise. If you have not heard of the many benefits yoga they are EXPANSIVE:

1. Yoga increases bone density. If you have any aches in your joints yoga will naturally quell these symptoms

2. Yoga is great for the digestion. Digestion is the way we rid the body of toxins. Did you know only 1% of the body’s toxins are lost from sweat? Get to your mat and start twisting!


3. Yoga is great for circulation and helps ward away disease and help with existing conditions like arthritis.

4. Yoga is good for your brain. You will see an increase in your memory ability and attention span.


5. Yoga is good for your heart. It slows the heart incrementally to make it more efficient.

6. Yoga is a great to de-stress. The breath work along with the ancient posture control signals to your brain that everything is just fine. This helps you to relax.


7. Yoga will help you gain strength. You will use muscles you never even knew you had in yoga class.

8. Yoga will help you gain flexibility. Lack of flexibility is a reason to START yoga. Did you know if you cannot touch your toes you are more likely to suffer from heart congestion, or have a heart attack?


9. Yoga will bring you closer to your partner. Yoga opens many abilities and research has seen a deep connection between intimacy in couples and people who practice yoga.

Since Hatha yoga is much slower this also cuts down on the risk of injury during yoga making this practice very alluring for athletes and beginners alike!


Our morning and noon classes offer shorter, more energizing yoga. These classes will build heat in your core and allow you to have a great amount of energy for the day ahead. These classes remain appropriate for beginners while challenging those who have a deeper practice.

Every Monday evening yin-yoga is offered. This is a relaxing type of yoga aimed to release tension in the body and mind. This complete state of awareness and relaxation will allow you to focus on your breath and let the world float away.

Evening classes will be an hour and will also be beginner friendly. These classes will focus on releasing tension from the day, and slowing the body down. You will build strength by holding postures and lengthening the muscles.

Weekend classes will be energizing and uplifting and then we offer 12:30 family yoga perfect for all ages. We offer yoga aimed to help improve your tennis and golf game. Come check it out!
