Yoga Arts

Yoga Arts is a fully equipped yoga studio located in an historical, two story house in the charming Village of the Arts, Bradenton, FL. We teach Alignment-based Yoga for general clients, athletes and people with specific injuries, with the objective that injuries get better and that clients — on the mat and off — improve their flexibility, movement, balance and strength. We offer private sessions for individuals and classes, which are held daily.

The studio is inviting and calming, with abundant natural light, wood floors, fans and peaceful colors. Whether you partake in classes or work with us on an individualized basis, we help you become more flexible and strong so that you feel more mobile, lighter, more balanced, more capable of living the life you wish to live and doing the things you want to do. Quite simply, good yoga in a pleasant setting, improves your health and how you feel, mentally and physically. Yoga Arts offers yoga that meets you where you are, and provides means by which your self-knowledge and physical capacities expand and flourish.

The owner and instructor is Preston Whaley Jr., Ph.D, and certified E-RYT 500 instructor with Yoga Alliance.
