The Yoga Bungalow has been a haven for learning and practicing yoga since January 2004. It is a place for the community to relax and do yoga together. It offers a holistic and therapeutic approach to yoga. It has a wide range of classes. From gentle classes for those with chronic conditions, to healthy back and yoga for stiff people to strong active classes for those who are healthy and fit. There are two on-going weekly meditation classes (active breathwork and mindfulness. It regularly provides meditation, workshops, retreats and yoga teacher training.
Yoga strengthens, stretches and aligns the body through natural movement. Yoga helps you to recapture the simple joy of moving your body. You learn to breathe in harmony with your movements. Regular practice can make you strong, balanced and supple. Yoga promotes mental focus and peace of mind. It might even lift your spirits!
