Yoga East

Yoga East offers over 35 yoga classes a week. It is located E. Brainerd and is Chattanooga's only dedicated yoga studio and wellness center with classes such as Heated Power, Level I Basic Flow, Gentle, All Levels Flow, Yin, Restorative, Family Yoga and Slow Flow. All instructors are certified and honor the concept of fusing body, mind and spirit during each class. Focusing on smaller class sizes in a friendly welcoming atmosphere. We now also have Acupuncture and Reiki. We are a complete Wellness Center for your body, mind and spirit!
