YOGA FAITH

If you think Christian Yoga is an oxymoron, or have been told that it is, this is coming from someone who, either has not experienced what worship is like with all our beings. (see Mark 12:330) or simply overlooks what the Bible repeatedly commands. Meditate on His word and worship with you whole being. As He says to honor Him with our whole beings, we come before the Lord with a reverent awe in YogaFaith. It may be a simple posture of worship, bowing down and being still to listen, or a challenging posture where we rely on His strength, all the while being obedient to His word that declares us as Christ followers to honor Him with out temples that may glorify Him. Whether you choose CrossFit, Zumba, or Stretching, the word says in everything we do, do it for His glory.
