Yoga Loft Conover

Yoga Loft is located in Downtown Conover at 217 1st Avenue South in the Saunders Building above Haven Boutique & Hopscotch. Parking is located in both the back and the front of the building.

At yoga loft, you'll be able to explore your limits and challenge yourself in a safe encouraging environment. Within a few days of practice you will notice your belly becoming flatter, your body lighter, more toned and stronger. You will begin to feel calm, energized and more alive. Yoga at Yoga Loft is open to all levels of experience.
