Upper level, 12 foot ceilings, locker rooms, outdoor yoga patio, and huge windows with fabulous views of the Flatirons, Yoga Loft is perfectly nestled in the Table Mesa Shopping Center east of King Soopers and south of Chase Bank.

We are guided by inspiration and kindness to provide group yoga classes, diverse workshops, and relaxing retreats. Daily sessions are as diverse as our instructors, and we encourage you to sample them all. Yoga is not just for flexible people!
