Yoga Nook

Yoga Nook is a nurturing yoga studio in Chesapeake that brings the community together through the mindful practice of Yoga. At Yoga Nook our yoga classes incorporate all aspects of the practice for beginner to advanced practitioners. We cater to beginners, teach playful vinyasa and give back to the community with our $5 class on Sundays and our donation Y12SR and Acro Yoga offered weekly. Our studio is more than a place to practice yoga, it's a space to connect with others. We feel that everyone regardless of their spiritual or personal path can benefit from this ancient living science of self awareness. Our experienced teachers are eager to support your growth whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner.
