Yoga Nook

Our classes are warm and friendly and all of our teachers are educated to RYT 200 or are taking part in the Yoga teacher-training program at the Yoga Nook. This insures that you are receiving the very highest quality teachers each time you come in.

Regular classes: Beginning Yoga, Classic Yoga - Level 1 & 2, Yoga Challenge - Level 2 & 3, Yoga Workout, Yoga Flow, Yoga Workout, Yoga Core & Stretch, Yogamobility for Seniors or those working through injury or illness, Meditation, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga Stretch, Kid's Yoga, Yoga on the Ball, Qi gong/Chi Kung and A.I.M. (Awareness Integration Movement) as well as monthly workshops.
