At Yoga Path Palm Beach, we practice and teach a variety of styles of yoga, from high-energy cardio power vinyasa to a slow, calming Yin practice. Our classes are taught by highly trained, passionate teachers, all of whom are Yoga Alliance certified. Their goal is to guide you through your practice, creating a challenging and safe atmosphere. In classes we link the breath with movement to bring life to our practice on the mat and in our daily lives.
