We provide classes to suit all levels – for beginning students and intermediate to advanced practitioners. We offer Flow, Tone, or Detox options, with over 60 classes each week in our luxurious studios. Choose from flowing Vinyasa yoga, detoxifying PodHot Yoga, and high energy PodBarre, & YogaTone (our unique blend of power yoga with weights).
