Though the origins of yoga are many and the people who practice are diverse, those who find themselves on the journey have done so in pursuit of certain goals. Get healthy, lose weight, grow strong, find balance, gain peace, live longer, or all of the above – to name a few.
A yogi may not begin their practice with the intention to make the world a better place but inevitably that’s what happens. Practicing yoga creates a transformation in an individual. It can inspire you to change your beliefs about yourself and about the world. Inspired people can do amazing things. Now is a really good time to start.

Yoga Recycled offers classes that are free of charge. What we ask in return is that you perpetuate the purpose of the practice. However you know how. In whatever way you believe is fair. By giving of whatever it is that you have to give to benefit someone else. To give is to receive and to receive is to give. That’s Yoga Recycled.

Why free?
The mission of Yoga Recycled is to inspire you. From a spiritual perspective, people donate their time and effort when they believe they are doing the right thing.

Our Founder understands the life-changing value of yoga practice. He has seen and experienced the countless positive benefits that come from learning to endure the physical and mental challenges yoga requires. It’s worth the effort. The benefits far outweigh the costs and so now he wants to remove the cost and instead simply perpetuate the purpose of the practice – inspire people to be better and do good.
