The Santosha School of Yoga, 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training & Certification program provides a professional course of study for those interested in teaching yoga and experiencing yoga on a deeper level. Our curriculum is offered consecutively on the first weekend of each month over 10 months. The program is designed to prepare the individual to teach yoga classes and to help them integrate the practice of yoga into their daily life. The classes are intimate, interactive and provide personal attention for each student. The Santosha School of Yoga, established in 2001, meets the national standards and is registered with the national Yoga Alliance. Upon graduation our students are eligible to register as 200 hour yoga teachers with the national Yoga Alliance.

Requirements for Admission
1. One year of Yoga Practice is mandatory for admission
2. Completion of Application and two letters of reference
3. Personal or Skype Interview

Weekend Training Hours: Saturday, 8:00 am-4 pm Sunday, 9:00 am-4 pm
Training Cost : $ 3,000. A $500.00 deposit is required to reserve your space.
Monthly payments for the balance are available at 3% interest.

Studio Accommodations
Private rooms or dorm style accommodations with continental vegetarian breakfasts are available at the studio for a fee. Shiatsu or Ayurvedic Massage is available for $75.00 per hr.

Attendance Requirements
Attendance of the entire training is mandatory. One make up weekend session per training will be available at no charge. If additional make ups are required, there will be a fee of $150.00.
