Yoga With Bella

Welcome to Yoga with Bella!
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), Licensed Broga Yoga Instructor, & Certified Yin Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance based out of Broward county, FL. I found yoga a few years ago and fell in love. Through my yoga practice I have found many healing and life changing benefits. Yoga totally changed my life, body, and mind. After a short time of practice, I found that I could relax & breathe again and had a much more positive outlook on life. I want to bring these amazing benefits to my students of all ages and levels. My passion is in promoting a healthy lifestyle, self love, acceptance, and overall wellbeing.
