We are different from the average yoga studio in that we do not center our practice around the origins of yoga, (i.e. the Eastern philosophies). We are bringing yoga to the masses for the physical benefits of the practice. The mind-body connection, spiritual awareness aspect, of yoga is encouraged in class by channeling our thoughts on God. Instead of asking our students to "empty" their mind during class, we ask them to dedicate their practice to someone they love, to a problem they are facing, as prayer time over someone/something, or as a time of reflection on God's blessings in their lives.

All classes are in a non-humid heated studio and are designed for all levels. We have specific classes for beginners and also for seniors, but anyone (regardless of age, fitness level, or yoga experience) can attend these classes.
