YogaSong, a Kripalu influenced practice, blends the eight limbs of yoga with chant and mantra. " I use these tools in my practice to open my heart, quiet my body and focus my mind. It is my deepest desire to meet my edge, face my fears and move forward with the grace of the Divine. I wish to be a humble guide for others so we may experience the acceptance, compassion and love that surrounds us always. Engaging the breath, body and voice can potentially release us from our fears and allow us to surrender into Divine Love."
