Yogi Plus classes are tailored to people who may not be the stereotypical yoga student: While most of identify as plus size, thick, fluffy, chubby or even big boned. LOL. You do NOT need to be a specific size to attend Yogi Plus Yoga. We focus on strength building, flexibility,balance, self-acceptance and freedom in your own skin.
