Allow me to tell you about Pine Mountain Lake. We are a vacation/ resort/ retirement/ residential community nestled in the Pines and Oaks at the 3000 foot level of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. The town is Groveland on Highway 120. Yosemite is a short 26 miles east. In addition to our own 200 acre lake “Pine Mountain Lake”, Lake Don Pedro, one of California’s largest recreational lakes, is 10 miles west. Pine Mountain Lake has swimming, boating, and fishing. Our Championship 18 hole Golf Course is well known for its challenge and beauty. I want to acquaint you with a great new program we now have available. I can set you up to receive e-mails of properties which meet your needs, as soon as they hit our Multiple Listing Service. (MLS) All the information on the property plus pictures of the property, if available, will automatically be sent to you instantaneously. This means you will be among the first to hear of new listings that meet your requirements. You can act upon or delete the information as you see fit. There is no work required on my part, or yours, once the program is set up. Naturally, you’ll not run the risk of missing that perfect home or property, and you’ll become better acquainted with our market and current trends. All you must do is give me some specifics to load into the program. The greater number of specifics the lower number of properties that will meet those specifics and the fewer returns you will get on the program. Obviously the first thing you must do is tell me what your criterion is. Such things as- lot size, location (lake, taxiway, golf, etc.), price range, bedrooms, baths, garage, levels, age, and anything else you feel is important. (We can modify the information later).
