You Are Here Yoga

You Are Here Yoga is all about jumping into the river of the literal meaning of the word yoga--of uniting body, mind, and spirit--rather than catering to the ego, as so much of the practice of yoga is today. By encouraging an awareness of the breath, and how it can be used to bring the practitioner into the present moment, that union can become a transformational agent for the individual, and ultimately his or her world. My goal as an instructor is nothing less than helping my students find their way to that transformation!
