YOUNG Living Essential OILS

I got tired of sniffly kids, having aches and pains of postpartum life, coughing and sneezing, itchy eyes, kids catching stomach bugs all the time and general tiredness within my family. After taking a good look at our life, our home and everything I expose us to I realized... it has to be the toxic chemicals that I put on all of us (body products, soap, lotions, laundry products, etc) and that we ingest (motrin, aleve, ADHD meds, depression pills, melatonin, etc) and that we breathe! (lysol, air fresheners, carpet products, etc) ...it all builds up in our system and shuts down our immune response.

Going to the gym, eating healthy and drinking lots of water are all great, but if we don't pull all the toxic garbage mess out of our lives, we will continue to be a walking disease-laden mess.

My career as a personal trainer and marriage to a Health & Exercise Science major who is also a Marine keeps us pretty on top of general health.
