Your Body Never Lies

Your Body Never Lies is an umbrella-name for a series of workshops that reveal and expand our intuition.

The first YBNL workshop is 90-minute intro and demo in the Harbin Hot Springs Temple on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month. Participants get to witness and/or experience body language adjustments that can impact the entire room, not just the volunteer.

The second is the YBNL Playshop, a ten-hour workshop over two days that increases awareness of body language and also transforms it positively. This is hands-on workshop of partnered exercises.

YBNL also refers to the entire series of classes, nine in total, which reveal, refine and expand intuitive abilities.

After the prerequisite YBNL Playshop, the next three classes are (in any order):
Connection Alchemy - fundamentals of communication
EnergyWorks - fundamentals of energy movement
Awakened Imagination - fundamentals of personal power

When those prerequisites are complete, the following become available:
Body See - fundamentals of body language reading
Body Bliss - fundamentals of body language adjustment
Night School - how to receive information over distance.

Finally, "your body never lies" refers to the fact that your body will always tell the truth: when you are happy, your body smiles. When you are sad, it frowns. We take advantage of this simple truth by using our body language cues as pathway markers towards ever-increasing personal growth.
