There's a reason you won't see this page making claims. Oils do not heal. They support your body, which has the ability to heal itself, given optimum conditions. They support your emotions.

You can take charge of your life with oils, but you cannot expect them to be your medicine. They're not medicine.

You take charge by learning which oils are best for your body systems and knowing which systems need extra support . . . and by knowing which oils will help you feel your best (emotionally).

Supporting your body systems also means eating GOOD food (yes, you'll still allow yourself to eat other stuff at times, we all do), which is why you'll find recipes posted here. It also means that you'll need some sort of exercise . . . and trust me, I'm anti-exercise. To accomplish my exercise, I choose to walk a lot during my day. If I can add a few extra steps to every task, I add a lot of extra walking.

Supported body systems and a positive attitude make a huge difference in your overall health!
