In 1978, the Palmetto Health Council was formed as an initiative of bringing medical care to communities struggling in rural areas with no nearby aid. Within two years, our first health center opened in Palmetto, Georgia. And since then, we have worked diligently to provide only the most quality, affordable healthcare to each community we serve.

Since our humble beginnings, YourTown Health has grown to include a network of seven, non-profit health centers serving the Georgia community.

We are a model of excellence in the health center sphere and will continue to provide a non-judgmental and compassionate environment for our communities.
We promise to serve with integrity, honesty, respect, and dedication.

We offer primary health care, including: immunizations, pediatric & adolescent care, chronic disease management, lab services, and referrals to qualified specialists. We also offer quick care, pharmacy, women’s care, obstetrics & gynecology, behavioral health, and dental care.
