Youth & Adult Sports - Waukegan Park District/ SportsPark

Youth and Adult sports programs are held at two locations:

Field House Sports & Fitness Center at Hinkston Park
Waukegan SportsPark

Below is information about the SportsPark:

The Waukegan SportsPark is home to a variety of sporting events and leagues throughout the Spring, Summer, and Fall seasons of the year (this period can be extended if weather permits). Besides providing practice fields for local area high school teams, the Waukegan SportsPark hosts local recreation leagues which are provided by the Waukegan Park District. Other sporting events that are held at the complex range from: collegiate softball tournaments, lacrosse tournaments, regional softball invitationals, and more.

The Waukegan SportsPark consists of:

-13 natural turf soccer fields
-1 synthetic turf field for soccer or football
- 4 softball fields
-2 full-service concession stands
- restroom facilities
- a playground and water-spray features
