Yuba College Nursing

Yuba College offers an Associate Degree Nursing program with clinical experiences in a variety of health care settings including acute care hospitals, extended care facilities, offices and clinics. Lectures are broadcast via interactive TV to Yuba College (Marysville) and Woodland Community College (Woodland). Some classes are available online and many are web enhanced. Skills labs in Marysville and Woodland are staffed with part-time RN instructional assistants to provide additional support to students. The Nursing Academic Success program also provides student-centered guidance, support, and access to resources for pre-nursing, currently enrolled, transfer, and returning Yuba College nursing students. Media, including videotapes, computer-assisted instructional programs, resource books and professional journals are available at both campuses.
