Yume Wo Katare, or "speak your dreams" in Japanese, is a Cambridge based "a Place Where You Can Share Dreams" owned by Tsuyoshi Nishioka. Unlike other ramen shops in the Boston area, Yume wo Katare serves hand made, authentic one and only Yume Style ramen. Come try our hearty bowl of thick ramen noodles in savory pork broth. Your choice is simple: two slices of pork, or five?

Just as our name suggests, we like to encourage everyone to express their dreams.
