What is Yummie Fitness?

It’s the best workout....If you have done Zumba before – whether live classes or on the DVD series, or never before – you will love Zumba with Mary. Her style is a unique combination of athleticism and dance that almost anyone can do. Feel good energy begins when you walk in the door, and continues from the first beat of the music, through power cardio, to ab-strengthening cool down, and ends with a full set of stretching. The music will move you, and leadership through every piece makes it easy to follow along; you will have fun and get a great workout from head to toe. You will laugh, work hard, and leave class with a real sense of accomplishment.

It's the best studio....Mary Haupu teaches her unique style of Zumba full-time at the “designed for dance” Yummie Fitness studio located in the Wailuku Industrial area of central Maui. The studio has a raised "sprung" floor that “gives” with your weight, helping protect knees and ankles and the rest of your body from injuries. Students enjoy air-conditioning and floor-to-ceiling mirrors. There is plenty of free parking.

Zumba - Cardio Party
• Monday & Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.
• Friday & Sunday at 8:30 a.m.

Zumba Toning- Interval training with light weights
• Tuesday and Thursday at 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
• Saturday at 8:30 a.m.

Cost
Classes are $7 on a drop in basis. You may purchase a convenient discount punch card for Zumba classes and save $10 - $35 or more. Discount punch cards must be purchased by the third working day of the month and are good for the month in which they are purchased as follows:
• $40 for a 10 class pass
• $65 for a 20 class pass*
• $85 for unlimited classes

*A 20 class punch card valid for 6 months may be purchased for $90 - a $10 savings! This is perfect for students who can't commit to a monthly punch card.
