Yvonne moved to San Diego from a small Northern California town in 1971 and attended San Diego State University . She has since called San Diego home. Her first La Jolla residence was in the Upper Hermosa neighborhood. A life change took her to the Del Mar Beach Colony for seven years and wedding event coordination at Ranch Valencia Resort. During the market boom and renaissance years she experienced living and selling real estate in downtown’s urban Marina District.
