Alan Barker is founder and artist behind Zeitgeist. For the past decade I have been pursuing studies in Neuroscience as a means to understand consciousness and the world in which we exist. My background in science and thorough thoughtful procedure ultimately culminated in this unlikely marriage of technology and art that I use to create beautiful color-changing and environmentally-responsive displays of light.

My wife Megan and I both grew up in Decatur County Indiana, not too far from Bloomington, Indiana where we have pursued our graduate studies and plan to establish our lives. We are proud to contribute to the local culture and flavor that makes this such a unique and enjoyable place to Be.
