Zesty's Frozen Custard

•We start each day by making 3 flavors of our fresh frozen custard. Custard is best when it is served within the first few hours after it is made, we run fresh custard at least every 3 hours. All toppings and inclusions added to make our flavor of the day are “top notch”. We strive to serve the best product we can. The milk in our custard primarily comes from Wisconsin.
•We cook with non-trans fat oils- We feel it is important to provide the best products possible which also means staying healthy. This is why we take on the extra cost to make sure that all of the fried food that comes from Zesty’s is cooked in non-trans fat oil!
•Our hot dogs are premium Vienna Beef Franks and Sausages! All Vienna Beef franks and sausages are made from an original family recipe dating back to 1893. The meat that is used inside the sausages is 100% domestic beef and beef trimmings with no fillers, artificial colors or flavorings.
•Our beef for all our burger patties is fresh, never frozen. Melotte Distributing, our supplier, is a federally inspected (USDA) custom meat processor and wholesale distributor based in Green Bay, Wis. Their meats are not frozen and always prepared fresh daily.
•When we order nuts they are made fresh and shipped the same week. This helps to ensure the highest quality nuts on the market. We use well known candy toppings as well from Nabisco, Mars, Nestle, and Hershey’s, to name a few. Our Meltaway pieces come directly from Seroogy’s Chocolates in De Pere and are made fresh to order which helps make our Seroogy’s Mint Meltaway flavor one of our biggest sellers.
•Most of our soups are homemade, made on the premise. We use a local made chili seasoning to make our chili. Our Booyah is made from a family recipe, chopped and prepared here at Zesty’s. We are also developing a line of delicious homemade soups for a daily soup option. Some of these are Split Pea and Ham, Chicken and Wild Rice, Taco, Pizza, and Chicken Dumpling Soups.
