Zinnia Bakery is a gluten free bakery. We verify that each ingredient is gluten free. We use several gluten free flours including rice, brown rice, tapioca, almond, sorghum, teff, oat, potato starch and flour, and quinoa. We make each item from scratch. We customize the flour blends of each recipe to meet our stringent taste and texture requirements.
We use eggs, corn, dairy, soy, and nuts. Most items can be modified to be dairy, soy, corn, grain, sugar, or nut free with an advance order.
We also take special orders for our holiday pies, cakes, and cupcakes.
